What if my offer didn't credit?

If you completed an offer but didn't receive any points, you will need to contact the offer wall that you used to complete the offer. You might need your User ID.

You should usually allow up to 7 days before contacting an offer wall about missing points.

Go to the AdGate Rewards offer wall, and click Support on the top right. Click Contact next to the offer that hasn't credited. Complete and submit the form.

Go to the KiwiWall offer wall, and click on Wall Support. Complete the form, including the offer name and point value. 
Matomy
Go to the Matomy offer wall, and click Support on the top right. Click Inquire about this offer next to the offer that hasn't credited.
MinuteStaff
Go to the MinuteStaff contact form, and complete the form. Make sure to include the offer name and point value.
Go to the OfferToro offer wall, and click My Points on the top right. Click Missing Credits? next to the offer that hasn't credited.

Peanut Labs
Go to the Peanut Labs offer wall, and click Transactions on the top right, then click on the offer that didn't credit. Click on Report a problem. Choose I completed this offer and have not been credited from the dropdown box and complete the form.
Persona.ly
Go to the Persona.ly offer wall, and click Support on the top right. Find the offer that didn't credit and click Missing Points?.

Go to the Revenue Universe offer wall, and click the icon of a person on the top right. Find the offer that didn't credit and click on the link under Get Help.

Go to the SuperRewards offer wall, and click Get Help on the top of the wall. Find the offer that didn't credit and click Help on the right next to the offer.

Go to the Woobi offer wall, hover over the menu icon on the top left and click Support. Click Submit next to the offer that didn't credit, and complete the form.
