Why are my points on hold?

This usually happens when you complete an offer worth over 225 Points. Your offer has tracked successfully, but your points will not be released until 14 days have passed. After this time frame, your points will be released to your balance automatically. This helps us to prevent fraud and misuse of our platform.

Sometimes offers under 225 Points will be put on hold. This only happens to offers which are considered high risk, and have recently been charged back from our advertisers. This will not affect the majority of our genuine users.
