Why haven't I received my verification email?
Here are some steps that should explain how to verify your email address:
- If you haven't received a verification email, make sure you've looked in your spam folder and checked that you signed up with the correct email by going to My Account > Settings.
- If you need to resend the verification email, you can click Resend now on the verification alert on the top of any page.
- Double check that this is the latest verification email you have received from us if you've tried to resend the email more than once.
