Is your account linked correctly?

Your Earnably and EngageMe.TV accounts should automatically link up behind the scenes. Double-check that your account is linked correctly at EngageMe.TV > My Account and that you are earning with Earnably:

Are you seeing any ads?

Unless you are using the EngageMe.TV iOS app, or the EngageMe.TV Android app, you need to watch videos and a designated number of ads in order to earn credits. EngageMe.TV ads can be easily spotted, as they look like typical ads for products that you would normally see on television, like toothpaste, deodorant, clothing, soda, and pet food.

To see how many ads are required to earn credits, look for the number next to the "Watched"  section on the top of your screen. This number lets you know how close you are to earning credits. So, if you see "Watched: 2 of 3" at the top of your screen, you know that you have watched two out of the three required ads to earn credits:
