[EngageMe.TV] Playback Errors

If you are experiencing video or ad playback errors, such as freezing, stopping, or failure to load, please submit a request in the EngageMe.TV Help Center, and provide the following information:

  • The name of the rewards site/app that you were using when you experienced the error (e.g. Earnably)
  • Your User ID on that site/app (You can find your User ID at https://earnably.com/account)
  • A description of the error (e.g. ad froze during playback)
  • The name of the specific ad or video that experienced the error (e.g. Colgate toothpaste commercial or Baywatch movie review)
  • The channel that you were watching when you experienced the error (e.g. Gaming)
