Approving Devices

Whenever you log in from a new browser or device, we'll send a six-digit confirmation code to your inbox to double-check that it's really you accessing your account.

You will still need to enter your password when logging in from approved devices, but you won't need to enter a six-digit code again. You can review the devices that can access your account at My Account > Devices, and remove any devices you no longer use:

Only one device is allowed per person and per device. This means sharing one device between accounts is not allowed but you can log in from as many different devices as you like.

Having issues logging in to your account?

Double-check that you have cookies enabled and that your browser is updated to the latest version.

We use cookies to remember that you are logging in from the same device. This means that if you clear your browser cache or cookies regularly, you will be asked to enter a six-digit code again the next time you log in.

Can I disable this feature?

Yes, but we'll need to make the change for you. Just let us know that you want to disable multi-factor authentication on your account.

For security purposes, we'll still send you an email whenever you log in from an unrecognised device.

We highly recommend leaving this security feature enabled. Approving every new device that you use to log in ensures that no one else can access your account without first having access to your email account. If someone ever discovers your password, they will have full access to your account. You must ensure that you are using a strong, unique password if disabling this feature.
