[Smores.tv] Playback Errors
If you are experiencing video or ad playback errors, such as freezing, stopping, or failure to load, you will need to submit a request in the Smores.tv Help Center, and provide the following information:
- The name of the rewards site/app that you were using when you experienced the error (e.g. Earnably)
- Your User ID on that site/app (You can find your User ID at https://earnably.com/account)
- A description of the error (e.g. ad froze during playback)
- The name of the specific ad or video that experienced the error (e.g. Colgate toothpaste commercial or Baywatch movie review)
- The channel that you were watching when you experienced the error (e.g. Gaming)
