Why did I receive an error while completing a survey?

Unfortunately, technical issues can sometimes happen while completing surveys. Although this is very rare, you may run into issues such as receiving a server error or redirect. In these cases, we aren't able to manually issue credits from our side if we haven't received confirmation from the survey provider that the survey was completed.

To ensure a smooth experience, make sure you've fully disabled any ad or content blockers and that you are not using a proxy server or VPN.
