What happens if I experience a technical error during a survey?

In rare cases, technical errors can happen while you are completing surveys. 

  • Make sure that third-party cookies are enabled in your browser. This is essential to ensure that surveys can track successfully to your account.
  • Disable any ad blocking tools. Ad blockers can sometimes interfere with tracking cookies.
  • Turn off your VPN or proxy. These can cause network errors while completing surveys.

If this happens to you, click Surveys on the main menu and choose another survey instead.
