My points have disappeared! What has happened?

If you’ve signed out of your Earnably account and signed back in, you may notice that your account appears to be brand new and shows zero points. Don’t worry, your points haven’t been lost. This happens when a new account is accidentally created.

Here’s how to resolve it:

  1. Sign out of the newly created account.
  2. Sign back in with the Google, Facebook, or PayPal account that is connected to your Earnably account.
