Can you refund my points after I've received a reward?
We cannot refund your points after your reward has been processed. After you've received your payment, you become the new owner of the reward and we cannot refund the points to your account anymore.
Please double-check that your payment details are correct and up-to-date before redeeming your points.
You can cancel your reward as long as it hasn't been processed yet. You can view the status of all your rewards at My Account > Rewards:
Just click on Cancel next to the reward that you would like to cancel and the points will be refunded to your account balance instantly.
