How can I make sure that offers track?
Sometimes offers don't track as expected. To ensure your offers are properly tracked and credited to your account, follow these best practices for completing offers.
Enable Tracking
On Web
- Make sure third-party cookies are enabled in your browser.
- Always accept cookies when prompted.
On iOS
- Open Settings.
- Go to Privacy & Security then Tracking.
- Enable Allow Apps to Request to Track.
On Android
- Open Settings.
- Go to Google then Ads.
- Ensure "Opt out of Ads Personalization" is disabled.
Disable Ad Blockers
Ad blocking tools can interfere with tracking cookies. Disable any ad-blocking software or browser extensions while completing offers.
Disable VPNs and Proxies
Please turn off any of these services before starting any offers. We don't allow them when accessing our website, and they can interfere with offer tracking.
If you have an iOS device, make sure to disable iCloud Private Relay by going to Settings → Your Name → iCloud → Private Relay.
Follow Offer Instructions
- Read the instructions fully before starting an offer. If you miss a step or don't complete the offer exactly as specified, the offer will not track.
- Don’t complete the same offer more than once. You can only complete an offer once, unless stated otherwise in the offer instructions.
- Don't reinstall games or apps. If you've previously installed an app or game on any device, the offer may not track. Always make sure you’re working with a fresh install.
