Some offers won't track right away and can take up to 48 hours to track to your account.
What was the points value of the offer?
All offers with a value equal to or over 50,000 points will remain in pending credit for 30 days. After this period has passed, the points will be credited to your account automatically.
Which offer wall did you use to complete the offer?
You'll need to contact the offer wall for support when you haven't received credit yet.
