When will I receive my reward?

Rewards are usually processed within a few minutes.

Why is my payment delayed?

Payments can be delayed for the following reasons:

  • We have run out of rewards and need to restock. Please check our Status page to find out if certain gift cards are currently unavailable. It can take a couple of days for gift cards to be restocked. We'll already be aware of any delays and will work to get your reward to you as quickly as possible.
  • We're running some additional checks on your reward. This usually takes less than 24 hours, but can take up to a week in some cases. We'll send you an email to let you know that it's taking a little longer to process your reward. You don't need to do anything.
  • Your account requires verification. We'll send you an email if you need to confirm your identity. Otherwise, this doesn't apply to you.
