When will I receive my reward?

Rewards are usually processed within a few minutes.

Why is my payment delayed?

Payments can be delayed for the following reasons:

• We have run out of rewards and need to restock. Please check our Status page to find out if certain gift cards are currently unavailable.
• We're running some additional checks on your reward. This usually takes less than 24 hours, but can take up to a week in some cases.

You don't need to do anything if your payment is delayed. We'll already be aware of any delays and will work to get your reward to you as quickly as possible.
