How do I complete mobile offers?

Click Offers on the main menu, then click iOS or Android to discover mobile offers.

Click the offer and open the camera app on your mobile device to scan the QR code.

You'll be taken to a link to start the offer on your mobile device.

I can't scan the QR code. What do I do?
